How Do You Pay for HighLevel AI?

Short answer: HighLevel AI billing is separate from your HighLevel subscription. You pick one AI plan per client location, and you can optionally add a $20 AI Agency Assistant seat per team member for Ask AI and AI Studio across subaccounts.

What are the four ways to pay?

For each location (pick one):

  1. Pay Per Use — $0 monthly fee, then usage charges
  2. AI Employee Growth — roughly $50/month per location with included allowances
  3. AI Employee Unlimited — roughly $97/month per location with larger/unlimited allowances (fair use)

For each team member (optional):

  1. AI Agency Assistant — roughly $20/month per Agency Admin or Agency User

What is decision one vs decision two?

Decision one (location): How does this client account pay for AI that talks to customers — chat, calls, reviews, content, agents?
Decision two (person): Does this staff member get a seat so their own Ask AI / AI Studio work is covered in every subaccount they open?

Can an agency mix plans?

Yes. Example: many locations on Pay Per Use, a few busy locations on Unlimited, and a handful of $20 seats for the agency team. That mix is normal.

Is “$97” or “Unlimited” the same as the HighLevel subscription?

No. Those words also appear on HighLevel subscription tiers. On AI billing, always use the full names: AI Employee Growth and AI Employee Unlimited.

Pricing and allowances change. Confirm current HighLevel AI Product Pricing inside your account before you quote a client. This post is a plain-language guide for agencies — not an official HighLevel invoice.
