• Contact details you submit (name, email, project notes) when booking a call or contacting us.
• Scheduling details for discovery calls (selected date/time, timezone, and related calendar metadata).
• Technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location, pages viewed, and referring URLs (via our hosting provider, and via Microsoft Clarity if you accept analytics cookies).
• Usage and interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and page interactions, collected by Microsoft Clarity to produce heatmaps and session replays, only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 6).
• Communications you send by email or during a consultation.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as government IDs or health information) through this website. Please do not submit that information in booking notes.

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
• Create calendar events and send confirmation/invite emails
• Provide proposals, project delivery, and support
• Understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages and sections are useful or confusing) so we can improve content, navigation, and performance
• Protect the website against abuse or fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

If you book a discovery call on this site, we use the Google Calendar API on our servers to check availability and create an event. Your name and email may be added as an attendee so you receive a calendar invitation. Google processes that data under its own policies. We store Google API credentials on the server only; they are not exposed in the browser.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the site (e.g. hosting such as Vercel, email/calendar providers such as Google, and website analytics provided by Microsoft Clarity).
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies or local storage for site functionality (for example, remembering light/dark theme).

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our public pages. Clarity captures usage data such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, pages visited, device and browser details, and approximate location. We use it to generate heatmaps, session replays, and aggregate usage insights. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to do this.

• Text you type into our booking, proposal, and comment forms is masked, so it is not captured in session replays.
• Clarity is not loaded on our private admin pages.
• We do not use Clarity data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Your choice. Clarity is only loaded if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you click "Reject", or make no choice, Clarity is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage for up to 12 months, then ask again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops Clarity and removes its first-party cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We retain contact and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you, manage projects, and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed. Microsoft Clarity keeps analytics and session data for a limited period under its own retention policy, after which the data is deleted.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including server-side handling of API secrets. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

Our hosting and tools may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

This website is directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
